Bay Area Services Heating and Cooling was started in 1981 by Tom Beaulieu out of his garage, and it began as a major appliance service company. Within three years of business, Tom hired his first employee, and Bay Area Services was relocated out of his garage to a 2,000 square foot building.

Bay Area Services was fantastic. They had a competitive price and got our appointment scheduled promptly. For the install they worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old system, get a new pad down, and get the new one up and running. Out of several recommendations made to me after I inquired about a new AC unit from Home Depot, they were the only company to take the initiative and contact me to get the ball rolling on this matter. The other local companies just replied with a "call us" email instead. Brian in sales arrived the following week to assess what my home's needs were and didn't waste time explaining my options. At no time did I feel like he was trying to upsell me something that I didn't need, so when I made my decision it was pretty clear to me what I wanted. The following week, Wyatt was my service tech for the installation and not only was he very professional and courteous, I could tell in the work that was done afterwards, it was done with pride. No corners were cut. The whole process was easy going and effortless on my part, and I will be contacting them again in the future for other HVAC related means.

The units and services are effective, efficient, and affordable. The scheduling is simple and timely. The customer service is top notch. Every year, we schedule a maintenance and cleaning. James is amazing with our dogs and kids. While he's working on the units, he chats with the kids, educating them on how the machines work. He remembers conversations, the dogs we have, and the layout of the house. Every time he comes to work on them, he is friendly, patient, and efficient. It's always a wonderful experience. Great service. Highly recommend!
