About Us

Bay Area Services Heating and Cooling was started in 1981 by Tom Beaulieu out of his garage, and it began as a major appliance service company. Within three years of business, Tom hired his first employee, and Bay Area Services was relocated out of his garage to a 2,000 square foot building.

Our air conditioning went out when we started it... up through a heat wave we were going through! Our home is 21 yrs old! We decided to replace both air and heat since they were both installed same moment! We went to HomeDepot where my husband met Brain Delforge, a sales rep there! We made an appointment and we started a process through getting new units installed! It took two weeks through the process! Considering the heat wave and many in need it was very doable! The techs Kevin and Ethan arrived on 7/2/2025 and installed these two new units! They we highly professional and experienced! They answered all our questions! They were very responsive and knowledgeable! They cleaned up and took care of the old units! We appreciated their professionalism and sincere concern for our wellbeing for these units to be installed properly! We are so grateful for the team in which we were apart of on this journey and the great care and respect they provided for us! We appreciate them all for the painless service they all provided for our family and peace of mind that comes from that!
